M&A Associate / Analyst, Frankfurt

Mid-sized organization with a strong presence in the technology sector. With over several hundred employees spread across multiple locations. Our client has a diverse portfolio of products and services that cater to a wide range of clients. The company has been experiencing steady growth over the past few years and is now looking to expand its operations through strategic mergers and acquisitions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of M&A transactions
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and valuation
• Prepare presentation materials for client meetings
• Coordinate due diligence processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and German
