Private Equity Associate / Analyst, Amsterdam

One of the leading private equity secondaries fund based in Amsterdam. They have a particular responsibility for financial analysis and commercial assessment, and also contribute to the preparation of investment memos and reports.

Key Responsibilities:    

•  Assist in deal execution
• Conduct market research
• Monitor portfolio companies

Requirements:    

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
• Prior experience in investment banking or consulting for 1+ year
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Dutch
